Terms & Conditions

For the purposes of this Agreement, the following terms shall have the meanings set out below:

2.1 To register and use the Services, you must meet all of the following criteria at the time of registration and at all times thereafter:

• You are at least 21 years of age.
• You are a resident of Indonesia or are otherwise accessing the Platform from a jurisdiction in which online gaming is not expressly prohibited.
• You are acting on your own behalf and not as an agent for any third party.
• You have not previously been self-excluded from the Platform or had an Account closed for breach of these Terms.
• You are of sound mind and are not accessing the Platform under the influence of substances that impair your judgment.

2.2 sga168 strictly prohibits underage gambling. You must be 21 years or older to participate in any activity on this Platform. We reserve the right to request proof of age at any point and to suspend or close any Account where satisfactory proof of age is not provided.

2.3 sga168 does not permit access from jurisdictions where online gambling is expressly prohibited by law. It is your sole responsibility to ensure that your use of the Platform is lawful in your jurisdiction. sga168 accepts no liability for any breach of local law by a Player.

3.1 Each individual Player may hold only one Account on the Platform. Multiple accounts held by the same individual are strictly prohibited and will result in the closure of all associated Accounts and forfeiture of any balances.

3.2 During registration, you must provide accurate, complete, and current information, including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address in Indonesia, email address, and mobile telephone number. You agree to keep this information up to date at all times.

3.3 You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Account credentials (username and password). You must not share your login details with any third party. sga168 will not be held liable for any losses resulting from unauthorised access to your Account caused by your failure to safeguard your credentials.

3.4 If you suspect unauthorised access to your Account, you must notify our customer support team immediately via live chat or at [email protected] so that appropriate protective measures can be taken.

3.5 sga168 reserves the right to decline any registration application at its sole discretion, without being required to provide a reason for such refusal.

4.1 sga168 applies a full Know Your Customer (KYC) process in accordance with international anti-money-laundering standards. All Players must complete KYC verification before their first withdrawal request is processed.

4.2 As part of the KYC process, you may be required to submit one or more of the following documents:

• A valid Indonesian National Identity Card (KTP) or passport showing your full name and date of birth.
• A recent utility bill, bank statement, or official government correspondence confirming your residential address (dated within the last three months).
• A selfie photograph holding your identity document, taken on request from the verification team.
• Bank account details confirming that the withdrawal destination account is registered in your own name.

4.3 KYC verification is typically completed within 24 hours of document submission. sga168 may request additional documentation if the initial submission is deemed insufficient to confirm identity or address.

4.4 Providing false, forged, or misleading documentation during KYC constitutes a material breach of this Agreement. sga168 will close the Account immediately, forfeit all balances, and report the matter to the relevant authorities where required by law.

5.1 Currency. All transactions on the Platform are conducted exclusively in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR). No foreign currency is accepted. Any currency conversion costs are borne entirely by the Player.

5.2 Accepted Payment Methods. sga168 supports deposits and withdrawals via the following channels: BCA, BRI, BNI, Mandiri, CIMB Niaga, Bank Permata, BSI (Bank Syariah Indonesia), OVO, DANA, GoPay, ShopeePay, and LinkAja. Available methods may vary and are subject to change without prior notice.

5.3 Deposit Limits. The minimum single deposit is Rp 50,000. There is no platform-imposed maximum deposit limit, although your bank or e-wallet provider may apply their own limits. Deposits are credited to your Wallet in real time or within a maximum of 10 minutes.

5.4 Withdrawal Limits. The minimum single withdrawal is Rp 100,000. Daily withdrawal limits apply and are communicated within the Player's account dashboard. sga168 aims to process approved withdrawals within 15 minutes to 3 hours, subject to KYC completion and payment provider processing times.

5.5 Withdrawal to Own Account Only. Withdrawals will only be processed to a bank account or e-wallet registered in the same name as the sga168 Account. Third-party withdrawals are strictly prohibited. Any attempt to withdraw to a third-party account will result in withdrawal rejection and a mandatory account review.

5.6 Deposit-Before-Withdrawal Rule. A minimum of one successful deposit and one qualifying bet must be placed before any withdrawal is permitted, even in the absence of a bonus. This rule exists to prevent money laundering through the Platform.

5.7 sga168 does not charge deposit or withdrawal fees. However, your bank or e-wallet provider may charge their own transaction fees, for which sga168 bears no responsibility.

5.8 sga168 reserves the right to delay or withhold a withdrawal pending the outcome of an investigation into suspected fraud, bonus abuse, or breach of these Terms. The Player will be notified of any such hold within 48 hours.

6.1 sga168 offers various bonuses and promotional offers to eligible Players. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms published on the relevant promotion page and to the general bonus conditions set out in this clause.

6.2 Wagering Requirements. Unless otherwise stated in the specific promotion terms, the following default wagering requirements apply:

• Welcome Bonus: 30x the bonus amount must be wagered before withdrawal.
• Reload Bonus: 20x the bonus amount.
• Free Spin Winnings: 25x the winnings derived from free spins.
• Cashback Offers: 1x rollover before withdrawal, unless otherwise specified.

6.3 Wagering requirements must be met within the validity period specified for each bonus. Bonus Funds and any associated winnings that remain unwagered at the expiry of the validity period will be forfeited automatically.

6.4 Game Contribution Rates. Not all games contribute equally toward meeting wagering requirements. As a general guide: slots contribute 100%, live casino table games contribute 10%–20%, and sports bets with odds of 1.50 or greater contribute 100%. Full contribution tables are available in the promotions section of the Platform.

6.5 Bonus Abuse. sga168 takes a zero-tolerance approach to bonus abuse. Prohibited activities include, but are not limited to: opening multiple accounts to claim the same promotion, placing low-risk or opposing bets to fulfil wagering requirements artificially, and coordinating with other players to exploit promotional offers. Detection of any such activity will result in forfeiture of all bonuses and winnings and may result in permanent Account closure.

6.6 sga168 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any bonus or promotion at any time without prior notice. A bonus that has already been claimed by a Player before modification will remain subject to the terms at the time of claiming.

7.1 All bets placed on the Platform are final once confirmed. Players are responsible for ensuring the accuracy of all bet selections — including market, odds, and stake — before confirming any wager.

7.2 Sports Betting. Odds are set by sga168 and are subject to change up to the moment a bet is accepted. In the event of a clearly erroneous price (a "palpable error"), sga168 reserves the right to void the affected bet at any time, including after settlement. This applies to BRI Liga 1 fixtures, EPL, Champions League, La Liga, Bundesliga, Serie A, AFF Cup, and all other covered markets.

7.3 Mix Parlay. Mix parlay (accumulator betting combining multiple selections into a single wager) is available on the Platform. All selections within a mix parlay must win for the wager to be paid out. One void selection will reduce the parlay by one leg; one losing selection voids the entire wager.

7.4 Voor Bola. Voor bola (Asian handicap betting) markets follow standard Asian Handicap rules. Split handicap outcomes (quarter-ball handicaps) result in either a full win, half win, half loss, or full loss as determined by the handicap line.

7.5 Live Casino. All live dealer games are subject to the rules of the game as displayed in the game interface. In the event of a technical malfunction during a live casino round, the hand or round will be voided and stakes returned. Decisions made by Evolution Gaming, Pragmatic Play Live, or other studio operators during active sessions are final.

7.6 Togel Markets. Togel draw results are sourced from the official draw operator for the respective market (Singapore, Hongkong, Sydney, etc.). sga168 accepts no liability for discrepancies arising from data feed delays. In the event of a confirmed data error, bets will be settled based on the official source.

7.7 Sabung Ayam. Sabung ayam (cockfighting) betting markets, where available, follow the standard Meron / Wala (the two opposing sides in a cockfighting bout) settlement format. A draw or cancelled bout will result in all stakes being refunded.

7.8 Minimum and maximum bet limits are displayed within each game or market and may vary by product, event, and Player tier.

8.1 The following activities are strictly prohibited on the Platform and will result in immediate Account suspension, forfeiture of all balances, and where applicable, referral to law enforcement authorities:

• Opening or operating more than one Account (including the use of family members' accounts).
• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information during registration or KYC.
• Using software robots, bots, automated scripts, or artificial intelligence tools to place bets or interact with the Platform.
• Exploiting software bugs, errors, or vulnerabilities in any game or system on the Platform.
• Colluding with other Players to influence game outcomes, including chip dumping in poker or coordinated live casino play.
• Engaging in any form of match-fixing, insider betting, or corrupt wagering activity.
• Money laundering — using the Platform to conceal, transfer, or convert the proceeds of criminal activity.
• Chargebacks — initiating an unjustified payment reversal with your bank or e-wallet provider after funds have been used on the Platform.
• Accessing the Platform using a VPN, proxy, or other IP-masking technology to circumvent geographic restrictions.

8.2 sga168 employs advanced fraud detection and monitoring systems. Unusual betting patterns, irregular Wallet movements, and inconsistencies between account data and KYC documents are flagged automatically and reviewed by the Compliance team.

9.1 All content on the Platform — including but not limited to logos, graphics, text, software, data compilations, game interfaces, and the overall look and feel of the website — is the intellectual property of sga168 or its licensors and is protected by applicable copyright, trademark, and related laws.

9.2 You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform solely for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes. This licence does not include the right to copy, reproduce, modify, distribute, republish, or create derivative works from any Platform content.

9.3 Any unauthorised use of Platform content, including screen-scraping odds data or reproducing game assets, constitutes a material breach of this Agreement and may give rise to legal action.

10.1 sga168 collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy, which forms an integral part of this Agreement and should be read in conjunction with these Terms.

10.2 By registering an Account, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data for the purposes of account management, KYC verification, fraud prevention, regulatory compliance, and the delivery of personalised promotions (where you have opted in to marketing communications).

10.3 sga168 will not sell your personal data to third parties. Data is shared only with payment processors, KYC verification providers, game studios, and regulatory bodies as strictly necessary for the provision and compliance of our Services.

11.1 The Services are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. sga168 makes no warranties, express or implied, regarding the uninterrupted availability of the Platform, the accuracy of odds or game results, or the fitness of the Services for any particular purpose.

11.2 To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, sga168 shall not be liable for:

• Any loss of profits, revenue, data, or business opportunity arising from your use of the Platform.
• Losses resulting from Platform downtime, maintenance windows, or technical failures beyond our reasonable control.
• Losses resulting from your failure to safeguard your Account credentials or from unauthorised access to your Account.
• Decisions made by third-party game studios in connection with game outcomes, live dealer rulings, or data feed errors.
• Any indirect, consequential, special, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the Services.

11.3 sga168's total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising under or in connection with this Agreement shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you into your Wallet in the 30-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

11.4 Nothing in this clause limits liability for fraud, wilful misconduct, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law.

12.1 Termination by Player. You may close your Account at any time by contacting customer support. Any real-money balance remaining in your Wallet at the time of closure, after deducting any applicable Bonus Funds, will be refunded to your verified payment method within 5 business days, provided all KYC requirements have been met.

12.2 Termination by sga168. sga168 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any Account at any time, with or without prior notice, in the event of:

• Breach of any provision of this Agreement.
• Failure to complete KYC verification within the required timeframe.
• Suspected fraud, money laundering, or other criminal activity.
• Submission of a self-exclusion request under our Responsible Gaming programme.
• A regulatory or legal requirement to do so.

12.3 Upon termination for breach, sga168 reserves the right to withhold any remaining Wallet balance pending investigation. Where fraud or money laundering is confirmed, the balance may be forfeited in its entirety and reported to the relevant authorities.

13.1 This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which sga168 holds its international gaming licence. Any dispute, controversy, or claim arising out of or in connection with this Agreement shall first be referred to sga168's customer support team for internal resolution.

13.2 If an internal resolution cannot be reached within 30 days of the dispute being formally raised, the matter may be escalated to the relevant regulatory body or submitted to binding arbitration in accordance with applicable international arbitration rules.

13.3 Nothing in this clause prevents sga168 from seeking urgent injunctive or other equitable relief from a court of competent jurisdiction to protect its intellectual property rights or to prevent irreparable harm.

13.4 You acknowledge that online gambling may be subject to legal restrictions in Indonesia and that it is your sole responsibility to ensure that your use of the Platform is lawful in your jurisdiction. sga168 makes no representation that the Services are lawful in any particular location.

14.1 sga168 reserves the right to modify these Terms & Conditions at any time. Amended terms will be published on this page with an updated "Last Updated" date. Where changes are material, sga168 will make reasonable efforts to notify registered Players via email or an in-platform notification.

14.2 Your continued use of the Platform after the publication of amended Terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised Agreement. If you do not agree with the amended Terms, you must cease using the Platform and close your Account.

14.3 It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically. sga168 recommends checking this page each time you use the Platform to ensure you are aware of the current terms.
